On April 16-17, Amy Alleyne presented her research conducted with Scott Harden, DMD, Ph.D., Charles Frazier, Ph.D., and Jay McLaughlin, Ph.D., and several other UF scientists at the UF CARE Symposium. The title of the presentation was Prophylactic administration of sigma-1 receptor ligands mitigates both physiological and neuronal responses to methamphetamine-induced sensitization.
McLaughlin had two other works featured in the UF CARE symposium as well as another featured in The Wertheim UF Scripps Institute Chemical Biology & 5th UF Drug Symposium on April 20-21, 2023.
