The University of Florida In Space Biomanufacturing Innovation Hub is partnering with Sierra Space Corporation on a solicitation for flight opportunities to advance biomedical research for human health.
The In-Space Bio Hub 2025 Flight Announcement will offer resource allocation for an expected four to six awards for single-flight cell-based technology development projects using VITVO bioreactor technology.
The announcement seeks proposals for flight research on the ISS to address the ISSNL research and technology goals, accelerate the translation of cell-, stem cell- and organoid-based disease models, and advance technologies for biomanufacturing.
An informational webinar regarding the announcement will be held on January 10 at noon ET. Please register here for the webinar using the form below. A recording will be made available for those unable to attend.
